Boy are you guys lucky! The fine people at Yoga Rocks the Park have another event coming up on August 25th and they want to give away two more passes for this lovely outdoor event!! Side note: when I first moved here, no one told me Cleveland only gets 70ish days of sunshine per year – so get your butts outside and take advantage of the gorgeous weather while you still can! Yoga Rocks the Park is one amazing way to do it.
This time around, the punk rock yogini goddess, Miss Lyz Bly, will be teaching a class to rock out to! Lyz teaches a vinyasa flow class that is infused with her own insights on the history and theory of the practice of yoga. I got the pleasure of taking one of Lyz’s classes at Lululemon not to long ago – it was a playful and fun vinyasa that made me want to get up on my mat and dance!
Remember that you won’t only be practicing yoga, you’ll be practicing seva too – the practice of selfless service. The proceeds from this event go to Urban Lotus Youth Yoga and Yoga World Reach. If you’re planning to go, make sure you get there early because Vita Coco will be giving out free coconut water to make sure you are hydrated for your yoga practice!
So, there are two ways you get get there; you can guarantee a spot by registering early at the Yoga Rocks the Park website (get a $5 discount for registering early) OR you can enter my giveaway!
